An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a fantastic Chartered Practice based in Derby, working on a multi-million-pound project in London.
You can expect to get involved in a variety of interesting projects within this company across a wide variety of sectors including commercial, hotels, public sector and science & technology.

Ideally you will have previous job running experience managing projects from conception to completion.
The role will involve travel into London 1 or 2 days a week.
Key skills/ qualification for this Architect role:
ARB registered Architect, ideally RIBA Chartered
Proficiency with Revit although not essential
You will already have a number of years' working as an Architect post qualification
Ideally you will have previous job running experience
Strong communication skills with experience in leading meetings and presentations
Experience using a variety of design packages
Preparation of drawings from concept design to a technical level
Architectural design drafting skillsKey duties of this Architect role:
Working on a large multi-million-pound project in London
Take the lead in managing a project and a larger team in both Derby and London
Use Revit and 3D modelling at each stage, as well as other digital modelling techniques
Working alongside senior Architects to meet clients and develop the designs from conception
Responsible for both the design and technical development of the project and being the lead in moving this forward.Commutable locations:
Nottingham, Leicester, Burton upon Trent, Mansfield, Loughborough, anywhere south of Derby would be ideal for the London commute
