Senior Architect – Site Based
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £46000/annum
A global, award winning architectural practice is on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Architect to join its London team based at high profile site in Central London.

We are looking for a talented Senior Architect who is results driven, has enthusiasm for high quality work and outstanding technical & conservation skills.

You will be joining a talented team who spend their days in a pleasant and collaborative environment, currently working 3 days on site and 2 days homeworking, a healthy hybrid mix.
Senior Architect requirements:
RIBA Chartered Architect with 5 years Project Architect experience for UK based practice
AABC accredited or working towards
Excellent technical skills & detailing
Proven experience working through aa RIBA stages
Experience of leadership managing smack to medium teams team to a demanding programme
Proven ability of leading, managing and developing individuals and teams
Commercial awareness / aptitude for business management
Up to date knowledge of industry technical standards and statutory requirements
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit & NBS Software
The successful Architect will receive a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the region of £40,000 to £46,000.
