Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working exclusively alongside a large dynamic multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to help grow their newly-formed Architectural branch. After successfully delivering a host of notable architectural projects across a varied range of sectors, this forward-thinking company saw the opportunity to capitalise on their accomplishments and established their very own RIBA Chartered practice. Having been in operation for 3 years now the practice has a clear vision for the future to steadily grow the business and as such require a senior-level Architect to take an important role in this.
We are looking for a highly adept Architect who can bring a wealth of experience to the practice and a flair for team management and business development.
Current schemes at the practice fall within the Education, Commercial & Residential sectors with values up to £3m but there is the potential for the incoming Associate Architect to really put their own stamp on which direction the company goes in regards to projects and specialisms.
Associate Architect Requirements:
RIBA Chartered Architect
Extensive experience in UK Architecture industry
Business development acumen
Ability to excel in a client-facing role
Team management experience
