BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator

Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
Brookwood are currently searching for a BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator to work for an Internationally acclaimed design studio based in London. This leading studio specialises in luxury commercial projects, combining innovative design with technical feasibility, for the creation of projects ranging in scale, from visionary masterplans to carefully curated interiors and products. The successful candidate will be assisting the studio to have a smooth transition, from using primarily Rhino and AutoCad, to using Revit.
About the role:
– Resolving any Revit issues occur in all Revit projects within the studio
-Assisting the project team(s) to model in Revit to meet deadline deliveries, etc.
– Putting in place systems and setting standards for BIM projects
– Organising tutorials for BIM for designers within the studio that don’t know the project
– Ensuring BIM and CAD standards are kept at a high level while developing the Teams BIM/CAD abilities
About the Candidate:
– Experience working within an architectural studio
– Comprehensive understanding of construction technology
– In-depth experience on large- scale projects/mixed use or luxury retail/hospitality.
– High level knowledge of all architectural project stages
– Experience on schedule management and project organisation for the design team, external partners, and clients
– Excellent knowledge of Revit, Autocad and ideally Rhino
– Experience in transitioning Rhino models in BIM is an advantage
