Get Recruited are currently recruiting for an industry leading, well established organisation based in Manchester who, due to ongoing success, are seeking an Administrator to join their team.

As the Administrator, you will be required to work closely with the sales and marketing team, processing orders and offering administrative support where required.

As the Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer queries, advising or escalating as appropriate
Work closely with the sales team, processing all orders quickly and accurately
Keep all parties updated with order time frames
Assisting with marketing activity where needed
Updating and carrying out basic maintenance of the website
Complete other administrative duties as requiredTHE PERSON:

At least 1 years' experience as an order processor, admin assistant or within customer service is essential
Experience within the fashion industry is essential
Previous experience or knowledge of updating a basic website
Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent organisation skills
