Mid Weight Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum
You will be based in Weybridge at least 3 days a week (Covid dependent) from 9am – 6pm.
We work closely to create master assets, that can then be localized by European markets to promote and launch the latest electrical products across Digital imaging, TVs, Home Cinema Systems, Mobile phones, speakers, headphones, and gaming devices.
Your role will be to design and produce creative assets from scratch using Client briefs and/or development of assets based on Key Visuals provided by Tokyo. Many of the assets we produce are retail focused and so an understanding of consumer messaging and hierarchy across campaign toolkits (both print, OOH and digital) is preferred. Working alongside and supporting 2 artworkers, you will be creating European master assets that also require localization for multiple language adaptations. As the central design lead part of your role will be to liaise with studios across the 5 key European markets to ensure Central compliance and provide design support and advice Being on location within the Clients offices you need to be confident in a client facing role and be able to work with clients directly on screen at a moment's notice Time if of the essence on this account and many designs and layouts are required within 24hrs so enjoying a fast turnaround is key
To be able to confidently deliver a range of concepts from written briefs that meet Client's requirements within the specified timings, brand, and retailer guidelines. Strong attention to detail, creative eye for layout and to be able to adhere to Client direction.
A solid knowledge of art working, print and production, file formats, colour management set-ups etc is key as you will be required to help other team members during busy periods of time process files for final deliveries You should have a solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite Have proven experience of working well under pressure meeting tight deadlines, and with a positive 'can do' attitude Happy to work on a single brand and within brand guidelines and retailer guidelines Proactive, willing to go the extra mile
