Salary : £38000 – £45000/annum
Senior Architect required to form part of a busy design team within one of Manchester most reputable Architecture practices.
Having recently been commissioned to work on a selection of high-profile Education & Transportation-sector projects, there is now a requirement for a Senior level Architect to join this reputable firm of Architects as they look to continue their excellent work in this field.
This company are involved in a wide range of projects across multiple design sectors in their various regional offices. As your role develops here you will be exposed to projects within the following sectors: Healthcare, Retail, Commercial and various others. Your position here as a Senior Architect will be to manage and oversee several projects simultaneously. Good quality design will be your primary focus, but you will also mentor lesser experienced members of the team and work closely with the wider design team to create innovative design concepts.
In order to be considered for this role, (Most of) the following criteria should be met:
ARB/RIBA Qualification.
Have a minimum 5 years practical experience.
Be confident, approachable and well-presented.
Be able to use REVIT & AutoCAD to a high-standard.
Have excellent Technical & design skills.
Experience working on large-scale UK-based developments is essential.
Education or Transportation-sector project experience would be good, but isn't essential.
Salary – £38,000-£45,000 (Negotiable dependent on experience)
