Salary – Circa £47,000 DOE

Combining modern technology with resourcefulness and sustainability for a net zero future is the direction they want to be taking, all while maintaining the focus on product development and heritage.
Due to the company expanding rapidly, they are looking to support Sales, Project Management, and Installation Teams by executing projects in an antonymous fashion, from initial brief from Sales Team or Client, through to installation on site. Working within the Design Team to produce all necessary design and technical documentation, as well as assisting Project Managers, to ensure project delivery.
Responsibilities, but are not limited to
Ability to communicate with clients, suppliers, and team
Expert knowledge of product in definition, design, manufacture, and supply
Efficiency in use of software for rapid turnaround of deliverables
Exemplary methodical approach to workflow of projects
Solid execution of design process to ensure successful project delivery from start to finish
Direct reporting to Head of Design and Projects, with ability to provide overview of project stage when required
Manage projects, take on the account and its technical elements as well as the core design functionExperiences required
Fluent in SolidWorks 3D modelling, but will consider similar CAD packages i.e. Solid-Edge, Inventor or Fusion 360
Competent in AutoCAD 2D drawings as well as rendering software such as KeyShot or similar
Delivering projects from initial concepts, through to final installation
Background in creating detailed technical production drawing packs, with a sound understanding of manufacturing processes
Experience in designing for metalwork/fabrication
Direct hands-on workshop experience is desirablePackage
