Salary : £32000 – £40000/annum
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a RIBA qualified Architect to join a leading multi-disciplinary firm based in Dorking.
This firm can offer any budding Architectural professional the exposure to a wide range of projects as they specialise in delivering schemes within a variety of sectors including commercial, community, education, healthcare, housing & regeneration amongst others. Their diverse workload includes new build projects, cladding remedial works and refurbishment projects with construction values of £1m-£20million.

The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years demonstrable UK project experience working across all RIBA work stages and possess relevant UK Building Control expertise. Architects who are motivated and passionate with good, detailed design technical skills are highly sought after.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT along with familiarity with Photoshop will be required.
The successful Architect will be expected to work across all RIBA stages of the design and construction process including contract administration and so if you are an enthusiastic and professional individual committed to sustainable design then you should seriously consider becoming a part of this stellar practice!
A highly competitive salary is on offer to the successful candidate likely to be in the region of £32k – £40k – dependent on experience – plus benefits.
