Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £40000 – £50000/annum + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits

Permanent – Full Time – 37.5 Hours

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Co-ordinator to join Lovell’s North East region, to work from our Houghton le Spring office.

Reporting to our Regional Technical Director to join our team to be responsible for ensuring Lovell carries out its contractual responsibilities for co-ordination of bid, proposal, planning application details and construction.

Attending bid launch / design team and planning stage meetings, you will agree accountabilities whilst providing support to the Technical Manager, through the technical process for various live sites. Liaising with consultants and sub-contractors with regards to the construction process, you will monitor release of design information against agreed programme, encouraging innovative cost-effective solutions.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, with experience in new build design and build coupled with knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards and legislation. With a high degree of skill in co-ordinating the distribution of information, and competent in CAD design, you’ll be a proven team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
