Are you a Senior CAD Technician from a Steel / Steelwork background who is proficient in Tekla looking for an autonomous and dynamic role within one of the UK leaders within steel detailing and engineering who offer hybrid working and the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects?
This leading Steel detailer has been established for over 30 years and work on a range of projects around the UK. They have continually grown to the point they have built a loyal client base across various industries, and pride themselves on having a tight-knit family culture.
In this varied role you will be responsible for design and detailing work on Tekla, in addition to a varied range of project work. You will work closely within the tight-knit office team in addition to liaising with senior leadership and customers. This is an office based role offering hybrid working and occasional site visitation.
This dynamic role would suit a Senior CAD Technician with a background in Structural Steel who is proficient in Tekla and is looking for a technically challenging role within a leading steel company who offer WFH and ongoing progression opportunities.
The Role:
Design and detailing for Steel projects
Creating import/export reference models
Liaising with other departments, senior leadership and clients
Monday-Friday role- 8:30-5:30 with early finish on a Friday (1pm)The Person:
Senior CAD Technician or similar
Structural Steel / Steel background
Proficient in Tekla
