Position: Electro Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (Depending on experience)
Bonus: Additional 8.33%
Pension: 8% employer contribution, 3% employee
Holiday: 25 days + Bank holidays

As an Electro Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our innovative Systems Designs, contributing to the future growth of our global business. Join our talented and dynamic development team based in Telford, and be part of a global R&D organization.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced individual proficient in 3D Solid modeling CAD packages, ideally with expertise in Creo 7.0 or equivalent. You will have the opportunity to work on projects from concept to completion, witnessing the system's journey from cradle to grave.
Advantageous experience includes:
Design for Excellence (Design Methodologies)
Device Integration and System Design
Sheet Metal and Plastic Part Design
Design of Enclosed Electrical Busbar Systems
Knowledge of Current Carrying Capacity, Thermal Dissipation, and Short Circuit Ratings
Solid Knowledge of Applicable Standards (IEC 61439, IEC 62208, British Standard versions)
General Manufacturing Processes
Project Management
