Solidworks Draughtsperson
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £30000 – £40000/annum
A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a Draughts person working for a leading Engineering company based in Whitstable. Parking is available immediately on site and you'll be working as part of a hard working company who have a family feel.
Job Title: Draughtsperson
Location: Whitstable (your own transport is required due to the location of the company)
Salary: up to £40,000
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Annual leave: 20 days annual leave
Within your new role you'll be:
Working on specific projects
Freshening up old drawings, ensuring products are assembled properly
Designing new products
Drawing up a model for quotes
Printing off a drawing for tickets for the production team
Ensuring records are up to date on the systemYou'll be the perfect candidate for this job if you have the following:
Experience using Solidworks
The ability to produce fully co-ordinated working drawings to a high standard of presentation for production purposes.
Experience of working for an Engineering firm would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate well with other members of the design & production team and be able to work to deadlines.Next steps:
