Job Description:

Are you passionate about kitchen design and providing exceptional customer service? Simon Acres Group is seeking a talented Kitchen Sales Advisor to join a fantastic home design company. In this role, you'll take charge of complete projects from the initial greeting to installation, engaging with clients both in the showroom and at their homes. If you are creative, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects end-to-end, meeting clients in the showroom and at their homes.

* Cultivate long-term collaborative business relationships with customers in the building trade and their clients.

* Conduct site visits to measure and evaluate customer needs.

* Accurately process estimates, pricing, delivery dates, and stock requirements for customers.

* Provide leadership and mentorship to other showroom designers, contributing to monthly objectives.

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills.

* Effective communication at all levels.

* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Strong creativity skills in kitchen design.

* Possession of a valid driving licence.

* Planning and organising skills.

* Desire for continuous personal and professional development.

* 2-3 years' experience in kitchen design is vital.

* Experience with Winner/20/20 Design/CAD Design, Word, and Excel.

Package:

* Basic Salary + Comprehensive commission and bonus structure.

* Achievable OTE.

* Complete package with a realistic target ranging from £25,000 to £45,000.
