Contract Architectural REVIT Technologist

Salary : £25 – £30/hour
Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a busy, central Manchester Architectural practice to work on a mixture of Student Accommodation, Residential and Commercial projects, on an initial 3-6 months basis.
**Hybrid working is part of the company ethos here. Max 3-days required in the office**
We are recruiting on behalf of a busy studio that have ambitions to grow their Manchester hub with the hire of 2 new Architectural professionals, a Senior Architect and an Architectural Technologist. They are currently home to around 10 members of staff in Manchester, plus many more in their regional UK-offices and are looking to add to these numbers.
Their current workload is in the student accommodation and Residential sectors mostly. They are also working in the Industrial and Commercial sectors, so there's a nice balance of varied, exciting project work to get stuck into. Typically, this is all completed using REVIT software, so an awareness of this would be advantageous for this new hire. There is the opportunity to run and manage your own workload, even to oversee a small team of qualified, experienced colleagues.
As an Architectural Technologist, you will be expected to have a minimum of 3 years practical experience. Be comfortable working in a team environment and have strong technical skills.
