Technique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment company working with our client who are a specialist design/print/manufacturing business based in Great Yarmouth, who are looking for a customer focussed Sales Executive to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in implementing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities as well as building positive business relationships with key customers. You must have a strong drive to seek new business as well as possessing extremely strong communication, web and IT skills.
This is a target based role, made up of a basic salary, plus commission structure and benefits. The salary represents potential uncapped "on target earnings" where targets are met and exceeded.

Our specialist manufacturing client, located in Great Yarmouth, who offer a comprehensive range of specialist design & manufacturing of a wide range of packaging and stationery solutions, all produced in-house.
Role Description
This is a full-time role, predominantly responsible for generating new business and maintaining and growing existing client relationships. You are responsible for researching and identifying new business opportunities, attending networking events, managing sales pipelines and achieving sales targets. The position is primarily located in Great Yarmouth, with flexibility for some remote work.

Skills
• Sales and Business Development knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the printing industry is desirable
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients
