Based in the clients' office in Chesham

This is an office-based role, working Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business in Chesham – The Artworker is an integral role, as you will be working as part of the Customer Service team, providing artwork to the sales office, factory, customers and suppliers.

This would suit a recent Graduate/College leaver or someone who has a passion to work in a creative design role.

Main responsibilities of the Artworker include:

Providing customers with excellent customer service, receiving instructions from customers and sales support team for artwork required to print customer logos and designs on promotional products
Interpret the instructions and artwork files provided and create printable artwork, producing print ready artwork
Obtain artwork approvals from customers
Follow paperwork instructions precisely and liaise with customers and suppliers
Complete all required paperwork in accordance with ISO 9001 quality procedures
Working closely with the sales team & customer service team and discuss ideas for new products and resolve any queries
Ensure files are correctly archived.
Create designs for the company's marketing, advertising, brochures, flyers, and other printed promotional material and assist with the design and development of company website

To apply for this role, you must have excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and have an eye for detail and the ability to review and identify errors.

You will receive training, but a knowledge of the printing process would be useful.
