Architectural Assistant position available in East Lancashire for aspiring and ambitious Architectural individuals. There is an opportunity here to work on some inspiring projects locally and across the region*
This position is commutable from Preston, Blackburn, Burnley, Bury, Bolton and various smaller towns across Lancashire and even North Yorkshire and parts of Greater Manchester.
Our client are a well-known Architectural practice that operate across a wide range of sectors (Residential, Commercial, Industrial). Their existing team is comprised of very experienced Architects and incredibly talented Technicians. They are looking to strengthen their team through the appointment of an Architectural Assistant.
In order to be considered for this position, we would hope for applicants to meet [most of] the following criteria:
·Be wither RIBA Part 1, or RIBA Part 2 Qualified.
·Be proactive and clear in identifying and meeting objectives.
·Be able to demonstrate quality communication, technical & presentation skills.
·Have at least 1 years UK-based experience.
A competitive salary is on offer between £20,000-£27,000 per annum.
