Training Designer

We are currently recruiting for a Training Courseware Designer to join a vast, global defence provider that boasts 180,000 employees. The cutting edge firm provides industry leading innovation in air travel management, digital transformation solutions and complex weapon systems that enable our armed forces to bring air power and dominance to the skies and space domain.
They are looking for a Training Courseware Designer to produce DSAT compliant documentation for military training within a standardised design process.
You will develop training courseware through the analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training. Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
* Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and within the customer organisation.
* Experience in course design and have contributed to the design of significant training courses.
* A good working knowledge of the training design and development processes for training media.
* Experienced and capable of working autonomously and within a team.
Desirable:
* Experience in the use of programme management tools and applications.
* Training and/or Instructional Design Detailed knowledge and practical experience of: UK Ministry of Defence procedures and policies Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
* Experience in the development and delivery environment of significant training courses
