Production Operative

Salary : £22000 – £26000/annum
Our well established, creative client is recruiting for an Assembly Technician to join their expanding Pangbourne workshop. This is initially a 1 year fixed term contract with strong potential for a permanent position due to the continued growth of the business.
Location: Pangbourne, office based
Working Hours: 9AM – 5PM
Benefits include a generous holiday allowance, pension, and free parking. Your key responsibility will involve the assembly of lights to an excellent quality standard. Our clients' lights are individually hand-crafted and your attention to detail and diligence during production will be of the utmost importance.
Due to the large variety of our lights and different aspects of their production the work will be varied and interesting.
Full training, tools, and safety equipment will be provided.
This role also involves:
Helping to manage stock levels of crystal, chain and other materials.
Assisting with projects such as exhibitions and photo shoots
Checking and signing for deliveries; ensuring orders are dispatched on time. The successful candidate will have:
Great attention to and eye for detail
Enjoys working in a physically demanding job and with processes and procedures.
Have great fine hand-working skills and the ability to pick up new techniques easily.
A fantastic work ethic is essential, and you must also enjoy working as part of a team.
