Studio Production Manager, permanent career opportunity for an experienced Production Manager who can evidence previous employment gained within print, design and signage. To apply for this post, we are looking for at least 5 years previous, relevant experience, a candidate who understands the large format print manufacturing industry, including prior knowledge of installation and materials.
Working on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, this post is based in Wiltshire and offers an attractive employee benefits package and an annual salary of £45k. You will need strong leadership skills, working closely with the MD, the Installations and Fabrications Manager and production team to ensure that products are produced to client specification and delivered on time.
As Studio Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the production team, providing guidance and training to ensure successful product and project delivery. Working with a selective supplier base, you will purchase specific materials used during the process of signage production and delivery, securing best price for the best materials, therefore providing the very best outcomes for each and every client.
You will need to 'think outside the box', capable of solving issues including product repair and maintenance, offering 'real time' solutions when needed. To apply for this role you will need robust knowledge of Vutek, Canon Colorado's, Zund, cutters and laminators and all materials used in the signage production process.
