Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Salary : £24000 – £28000/annum DOE
I am currently seeking an enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-immersed Architectural Practice located in Exeter.
This RIBA Chartered Practice is one of Exeter’s leading independent architectural practices that offer Part 3 support and has been practicing in the Southwest for 30 years, delivering practical and imaginative design. They employ 24 members of staff.
Projects wise, they work within a variety of sectors from education, commercial, conservation, healthcare, housing to the emergency services, just to name a few.
Their company has constantly maintained its ethos which is based on gaining detailed understanding of the needs of clients, imaginative but well-grounded design solutions, recognition of environmental responsibilities, and regular review and updating of office practices.
I am looking for a qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant that has technical ability as this is crucial to the job role. The ideal candidate will have experience in full BIM using ArchiCAD and have experience working in practice as a Part 1.

Part 2 qualified
Experience in BIM using ArchiCAD
Variety of projects – commercial, conservation, residential, educational etc.
One of Exeter’s leading independent architectural practices
Part 3 support
24 staff
Got a great record of recent success with Part 2’s becoming Part 3’s. The salary for this position £24,000 – £28,000 depending on previous experience.
