Ambitious Architectural Technologist sought to join an established Chartered Architectural Practice with regional studios through the UK, this opportunity is based within their head office in Chesterfield.

Boasting an impressive and diverse project portfolio across several sectors nationally our client have established an excellent reputation for seeing through projects from inception to completion. Whilst the Practice boast an impressive cross sector track record of successful commissions they are best known for their work in the following sectors – Education, Residential, Workplace, Defence, High-Tech Manufacturing & Industrial. The practice have also fully embraced a modern flexible working culture, they proudly allow flexible working hours for those with childcare commitments for example and also promote a hybrid working model where employees typically come into the office 3 days per week.

With a very healthy order book in 2024 and having successfully launched new regional studios over the last few years, their headcount growth continues and they are now looking to bolster their Blue Chip Manufacturing & Industrial team in Chesterfield with the addition of a talented detail focussed Architectural Technologist up to Senior level with excellent REVIT capabilities. Ideally you will have in the region of 5-10 years post qualification experience and be accomplished at working across the technical delivery RIBA stages of work with a particular focus on someone who is adept at leading projects in a job running capacity. Required is meticulous detailer and someone who truly appreciates how buildings are constructed.

The Architectural Technologist will also have the following attributes

Degree qualified Architectural Technologist, either MCIAT or working towards.
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
Excellent Communication/Presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of current UK legislation.
REVIT software proficient.
Hand-Drawing/Sketching skills would be advantageous.
Particular experience within Commercial, Manufacturing or Industrial Sectors.
