Are you an Architectural Technician with strong proficiency in an AutoCAD/ SolidWorks package or similar looking for a varied and days-based role within a well-established yet growing Staging company who offer opportunities to progress as the company grows and occasional overtime to increase your earnings?
This company specialises in demountable staging structures across a variety of industries such as music, TV, and film, with their main clients including the prestigious Glastonbury Festival. They have been providing their service for over 35 years and have gone from strength to strength working on a range of high-value projects and are now looking to expand their team to keep up with further demand.
In this dynamic role, you will be creating 2D & 3D architectural designs of staging structures using AutoCAD/ SolidWorks for a variety of new and exciting projects. You will conduct occasional site visits to take measurements to ensure building regulations are met. You will mainly work out of the office in Wells and will work a Monday – Friday shift pattern of 9am – 5pm.
This varied role would suit an Architectural Technician with experience creating 2D & 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD/ SolidWorks looking for a days-based role within a growing Staging company offering the opportunity to directly impact design implementations, progression to senior roles and occasional overtime to increase your earnings..
The Role:
Creating both 2D and 3D Architectural Designs using AutoCAD or similar
Occasional project site visits to ensure measurements are accurately taken
Monday to Friday shift pattern
Liaise with other departments and senior leadership to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are completed on timeThe Person:
