Are you an agency or in-house Studio Assistant or Manager? Or, an agency or in-house Account/Campaign Manager looking for your career to head in a slightly different direction? This role supports the Head of Creative in the smooth running of the creative studio and comes with a salary of up to £34k. Benefits include over 40 days holiday, a fantastic pension, hybrid working and more. This permanent, full-time role is based in the suburbs of Birmingham, with 3 days in office per week and 2 days from home, if desired.
The Company
This agency sits within a not for profit organisation and is structured and functions as an agency, with a Client Services team and a creative team of Content Designers and Producers. The agency services many business areas within the organisation, and the projects are very varied; B2B, B2C, print, digital, campaign, film and more. Target audiences vary hugely too. The agency is well established there and is staffed with very talented people who all work collaboratively to produce work to a really high standard. The environment is full of energy and positivity. The Role
To manage and facilitate the efficient flow of projects through the Creative Media teams, from the first brief to final delivery. Ensuring that all relevant team members are properly scheduled and aligned and any problems are solved or escalated. This role will also contribute to the success of the agency by providing resource and commercial insight into the studio's performance.

About You
* Qualified to Degree level or equivalent
* Agency or in-house Studio experience in a similar role. Or, experience in agency Account Management, with experience in the delivery of multiple and many projects
* A strong understanding of all creative disciplines across Design, Digital, Print and Media Production
* Experience working with print suppliers and an, at least, a rudimentary understanding of the print process
* Experience of an industry-standard Management Information System (MIS) would be advantageous
* Must be able to evidence strong visual awareness and be able to differentiate quality in the creative disciplines
* Evidence of literacy and numeracy, with the ability to write clearly, and to produce and analyse information and data
* Excellent customer service skills, both written and interpersonal
* Excellent people-management skills
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, relationship building and influencing skills with the ability to influence in a positive and constructive manner. Being able to deal confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders/contacts
* Confident and tactful with the ability to positively challenge and negotiate for optimal outcomes
* Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with a level-headed and methodical approach to work and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet optimal project outcomes in a very busy studio.
