TATE are currently working with a luxury fashion brand to find a Stock Room Coordinator.

Job role:

To effectively & efficiently drive the Raw Materials (RM) stock management activity for RM/Trim Management to maximise utilisation, reduce waste and execute inventory strategy required for the support of effective supplier relationships in line with Supply Chain Finance and Quality and Engineering requirements and Corporate Responsibility policies.

Provide timely and accurate RM stock visibility to the business, drive the utilisation opportunities and execution of inventory strategies.

Responsibilities:

RM validating and driving into consolidation

Drive rm stock validation initially focusing on legacy stock.
Drive and monitor transfer to rm stock warehouse.
Drive data cleansing exercise of key data for utilisation and disposal. RM payment driving

Request POs for stock non in consolidation.
Chase invoices for unpaid stock with PO.
Drive payment query resolution.
Drive disposal with key disposal partners.
Support identification of stock for all disposal channels.
Build and follow robust process to drive effective and efficient disposal.
Maintain, monitor and expand network of 3rd party buyers and drive effective and efficient reselling of rm stock.
Monitor Budget. Internal utilisation

Support identification of rm utilisation opportunity.
Ensure top rm stock swatches/samples from suppliers, vendors / rm stock warehouse are available.
Drive visibility of rm stock to key stakeholders. General

Support declaration process if required (directly from external partners or from bulk warehouses).
General reporting and analytical work around the material stock.
Drive or support project around stock.
