Head of Marketing required to join a well renowned company specialising in bespoke campervan and motorhomes on a Permanent basis based near Banbury.

Our client is an expert in automotive camping luxury, with a reputation for bespoke vehicle builds and conversions. Working with the worlds go-to campervans and motorhomes, their craftmanship to configure and upgrade is second to none, leaving customers with a one-of-a-kind model to embark on their camping adventures world-wide. We are currently seeking an experience Marketing Professional to join an existing Senior Management Team. This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with large growth plans across new markets on a permanent basis within a new marketing suite at their Head Quarters site based near Banbury.

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing efforts, including developing and implementing strategic marketing plans playing a crucial role in driving business growth, enhancing market share and increasing customer engagement.

In return, you will benefit from a salary of £65,000 per annum plus a highly rewarding bonus scheme alongside the opportunity to be a part of the strategic management team working to make positive changes and directions to develop the company further.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Marketing will include;

Strategy Development:

Developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Conducting market research, identifying target audiences, and formulating plans to reach and engage them effectively.
Brand Management:

Managing the organisation's brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Establishing and reinforcing brand guidelines, monitoring brand perception, and implementing strategies to strengthen brand equity.
Campaign Planning and Execution:

Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and events. Creating compelling content, managing budgets, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and monitoring campaign performance.
Market Analysis:

Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape. Analysing customer insights, monitoring market dynamics and identifying opportunities for product/service innovation and differentiation.
Team Management:

Building and leading a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, setting goals, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Recruiting and developing talent, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Performance Measurement:

Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing efforts and monitor their impact on business outcomes. Tracking metrics such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, brand awareness and return on investment (ROI).
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and operations, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Interacts with external partners, agencies and vendors to leverage resources and maximise marketing effectiveness.
Technology and Innovation:

Staying updated with the latest marketing technologies, tools and trends to drive innovation and efficiency. Leveraging data analytics, automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to optimise marketing campaigns and improve customer targeting.

The ideal Head of Marketing:

Experience in a Senior Management position within a Marketing discipline
Exposure to marketing within Motorhome, Automotive, Motorsport, Marine Yacht industries is highly desirable.
Strong decision maker with the ability to make sound judgements independently, quickly and efficiently.
Personable and engaging individual
Supportive team manager with the ability to nurture collaboration across Marketing Team and wider business.
Experienced in planning and executing marketing events to large audiences.
Experienced in Offline and Online marketing within a B2C marketing role.
Experienced in managing up and across the business.
