This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £22,000 to £28,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. The position offers flexibility, accommodating both full-time and part-time hours, and the salary can be tailored to align with the candidate's experience and preferred working hours.
Key Responsibilities:

Utilising CAD software to create innovative kitchen designs.

Engaging with prospective and existing clients in person and via telephone.
*
Effectively converting leads into sales, consistently achieving sales targets.
*
Generating accurate quotes while considering customer design constraints.
*
Conducting site survey visits to gather measurements and pertinent information.
*
Translating customer briefs into exceptional designs, surpassing all expectations.
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Kitchen Design.
*
Proficiency in using CAD software is desirable but not essential.
*
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to excel in a competitive market.
*
Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
*
Meticulous attention to detail and a professional demeanour with strong sales acumen.
*
Possession of a full driving license and access to a car is essential for conducting customer visits.
