What the day to day could look like

Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

Preparing customer kitchen designs using CAD

Using CAD software and preparing quotations

Processing and preparing kitchen orders for customers

Liaising with suppliers and kitchen installation teams

Creating installation packs

Carrying out general office and stock-taking duties

Getting involved in social media marketing

Are you who we’re looking for?

You have CAD experience, this is essential

You have previous experience in a kitchen or home-based environment

You are self-motivated and driven

You are a team player

You have a full driving license

You have excellent time management skills and are very organised

You possess excellent IT skills including excel and word

You ideally have previous sales experience and customer service skills are an essential

You have prior office experience

You have handled cash before

You have the ability to work to a deadline and can multi-task
