Senior Technician (Rhoda McGaw Theatre)
The Ambassadors, Woking, comprises three exciting and thoroughly individual venues: the 1321-seat New Victoria Theatre, the 228-seat Rhoda McGaw Theatre and the 7-screen Nova Cinema.

You’ll report to the Technical Manager and Deputy Technical Manager, and be responsible for Full Time and Casual Technicians. You will provide stage, lighting and audio services to all stage performances, concerts and related activities within the agreed schedules and budgets for the Rhoda McGaw Theatre through multi-skilling as well as maintenance of the theatre systems and equipment.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician who has a commitment to providing a high level of service and care. Who is skilled in all aspects of Technical Theatre with good administration skills. Your energy and enthusiasm will be complimented by your calm, methodical approach to work and you will have a passion for live theatre.
Essential
* Knowledge/experience in production stagecraft
* Knowledge/experience of ETC lighting desks and Yamaha Sound Desks
* IT literate (Word, Excel)
Desirable
* 5 years experience working in a Technical Department in a e theatre
* Excellent knowledge of Theatre techniques
* Experience in motivating a team
