Data Control: Manage and organise project-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Document Upload and Process: Follow established procedures to upload and maintain project documents in an organised manner.
Report Writing with Graphics: Create reports using a combination of written content and graphical elements to present information effectively.
General Admin Tasks: Provide administrative support to the team, including but not limited to handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and maintaining office records.Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in using Adobe InDesign for designing and formatting documents.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
