Salary : £25000/annum

Our client is an established creative design agency based in the heart of Leeds, looking for a Finance Assistant to join their close-knit team.

This is a hybrid role (Thursday and Friday remote working) and working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday with 5pm finish on a Friday.

The role:

Coordinating all financial administrative elements including processing time sheets, providing accurate estimates and data entry into our financial management systems.
Supporting the new business programme by following up on leads and ensuring the CRM database is up to date.
Working closely with the account management team and the Company Secretary, assisting with UK client accounts.The candidate:

Will ideally have previous finance experience or are looking to take that step from a fast paced, busy administrative role.
Must have excellent numeracy and written skills.
Must have a "can do" attitude and be a real team player
Must be able to build strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and clients.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be organised, with great attention to detail.
Must be adept at working under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Required Knowledge & Experience:

Experience gained in a previous financial role is preferred.
Expert user of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office programmes.
Experience with CRM software.
Finance graduate.The client will happily provide study support to the right candidate for a professional finance qualification, and in the future there may be opportunity to work more closely with the client management teams or to progress for a career in finance.
