Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum

Conrad Consulting are currently seeking an experienced and highly talented RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a highly reputable architecture firm who have just opened a new office in London.

Originally founded 15 years ago, this practice has been successfully delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Leisure, Education & Residential from their offices across England & Wales. With a large portion of their work coming from clients based in London, opening an office in the capital was the natural, next step for the company to take.

With a packed pipeline of projects confirmed for the coming few years they find themselves in the enviable position of being able to go "full-steam-ahead" with growing the business in London and one of the key hires in this process will be that of a gifted Part 2 Architectural Assistant.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Responsibilities:

* Working closely with lead Architects to deliver projects from inception to completion

* Producing detailed drawings and renderings with Revit software

* Working with clients to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded

* Collaborating with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Candidate Requirements:

* RIBA Part 2 qualified with demonstrable experience working within the UK Architecture industry

* Proficient with the use of Revit software

* Demonstrable experience in producing detailed drawings and renderings

* Ability to work collaboratively with project team and clients

* Excellent communication and time management skills

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will receive a highly competitive salary up to £35k as well as the following benefits:
