Salary : £20000 – £25000/annum Up to £25k

As a junior in the team, you will play an integral part in getting the smaller jobs through the business, picking up rounds of amends, and ensuring consistency and attention to detail throughout.
  
Previous juniors who have progressed in their careers were bursting with creativity and original ideas, and keen to develop their skills in digital media, including email, web, apps, and print.

Have a strong typographic understanding and an ability to follow brand guidelines.
Be a conscientious and hard-working individual showing great enthusiasm to learn and pass on your learnings to the team.
Manage your own workload, with your team’s help.
Be a collaborative, team player able to get stuck in when things get busy.
Have excellent organisational skills & time management.
We work quickly and often manage multiple projects at once so you will need to be comfortable multitasking and switching your attention from client to client.
Work across various digital media, including email, web, apps, and print.
Ensure visual impact on everything you do, utilising consistent and bespoke layouts throughout.
Actively involved in client and internal presentations, with support from more senior team members when needed.
Have the ability to adapt design content across digital banner platforms.
Willing to get stuck in and involved when pitching for new business.
Ability to adapt and explore different approaches and styles without being too precious.   
Being a good Junior Designer

Team members take ownership of their work, and support others. You'll be able to develop your own relationships with colleagues, and clients.
Ask questions, be curious of the world around you and the importance design plays. Design is about providing a solution to a problem.
Rather than simply getting the job done, you'll pursue multiple approaches to design solutions – explore all options in order to arrive at the best outcome. With the help of team members and brand guardians agree objectivity to the strongest solution.
Able to receive constructive feedback and react in a positive, proactive way.
Broad program capabilities – Adobe suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Figma, Sketch, PowerPoint, and PDF creation/amendment.
