Senior Marketing Executive (Beauty Industry)

London (Office Based)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our client's fast-paced and dynamic team. You will be working in the beauty industry and based in London. The salary for this position is £40,000.

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activities to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer satisfaction. You should have a proven marketing success track record and 4 years of commercial experience.

Responsibilities:

* Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns in line with the company's goals

* Managing customer acquisition and retention activities

* Creating, managing, and executing digital campaigns

* Analysing customer data and feedback to inform strategies

* Collaborating with the design team to develop creative assets

* Working with external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget

* Planning and executing events to promote the brand

* Developing and managing relationships with partners and influencers

* Managing the budget and reporting on ROI

* Monitoring the competitive landscape and industry trends

* Contributing to content creation

* Working with internal teams and external stakeholders

Technical Skills:

* Email Marketing – HubSpot, MailChimp etc.

* Excellent organisational and project management skills

* Strong understanding of digital marketing and experience in developing and executing digital campaigns

* Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software

* Experience in creating and executing events

* Ability to use data to inform decisions

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Creative and innovative thinker
