The role requires an Architectural Technologist with demonstrable UK experience, ideally within the residential sector on high-end schemes. You will need to be highly organised in order to deal with swift nature of the work and be an effective communicator in order to maintain cohesion with colleagues and clients alike.
It is essential that any Architectural Technologist looking to apply can clearly demonstrate the ability to take responsibility running projects autonomously.
Architectural Technologist Requirements
Relevant Architectural qualification desirable
CIAT Chartered status highly desirable
Demonstrable experience working within UK architecture industry
Job-running ability
Outstanding technical drawing ability
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop
Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience managing junior members of staff
Confidence in a client-facing role
The ability to work to strict deadlines, time management skills are essential
