Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician required to join a family run modular Construction business in Hull that specialises in providing modern and durable space solutions to national health services trusts across the UK.

Using modern methods of construction and their flexible approach to building design development our client creates bespoke sustainable buildings with innovative designs driven by the individual needs of each NHS trust. Buildings are delivered rapidly and will have the flexibility to cater for a myriad of potential future uses where NHS staff are well equipped to carry out their inspirational work.

You will have a flexible hybrid role where you only come to their office in Hull for team briefings and creative meetings, 2 days a week maximum. Your life outside work is important – it makes you a better employee if you are happy.

The Role as a Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician

Assist and support the Head of Design with projects and architectural design
Supervise and manage the Architectural Technician as the team grows
Use of Revit and knowledge of BIM is crucial
Extend and challenge your design experience
Develop the Company BIM strategy and spearhead implementing BIM methodologies from strategy level through to project delivery.Ideal Candidate

Experience working as a Senior Architectural Technologist between 5-10 years
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, design teams and contractors
Solid design & technical capabilities.
Previous experience of working across all RIBA stages.
Design & Technical capabilities / REVIT proficiency absolutely essential.
Previous project exposure to Healthcare or Care related project work is desirable but not critical.
Keen to add value to an in-house design function and be a team player.
Ambitious team player who is keen to progress within a commercial fast-paced, exciting environment.Benefits
