Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Role:
Reporting to our Senior Strategist and working directly with our founders and growth team, you will help shape the future of the agency.

You will be integral in building and pushing forward an industry leading marketing strategy. You will define, lead and execute strategic proactive and reactive marketing initiatives to go above-and-beyond our business targets, driving growth.

You will be responsible for the creation of highly creative, inspiring, yet commercially relevant content which appeals to our dream, desired audience.

Who exactly are we looking for?
An experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of managing successful projects on behalf of a creative agency with a passion for creating compelling campaigns that build brand awareness and attract clients.

Ideal Experience:

* 3+ years experience in marketing and communications, ideally within a design agency or in-house at a brand

* Experience with strategic planning, with the ability to create marketing plans and KPIs that ladder up to a business’ larger strategic goals

* A history of identifying opportunities to turn trends into marketing campaigns, collaborating with creative teams to bring them to life

* Great working knowledge of all digital + social media platforms

* Existing relationships with contacts within the design press

* Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as writing long form content, would be a bonus

Responsibilities:

* Plan and execute our marketing strategy, informed by data analysis and your previous experience

* Own all our external communications, including social media, events, newsletters, and any other channel we may expand into

* Create and organise captivating content and written copy for a variety of outlets including social media, website, press, awards and publications

* Develop our thought leadership strategy, ensuring our output is future-facing and relevant

* Liaise with photographers and videographers to ensure content is produced to the highest possible quality

* Establish clear, measurable, and attainable KPIs that are regularly reported on

Location:
We currently work a hybrid model; 3 days a week from our London or European studios and 2 flexible days. Our normal working hours are 9am – 6pm but flexible working hours and days are available.
