One of Harrogate's marque Architectural Practice's are expanding again and are looking for a talented and career driven Project Running Architect to join their progressive team of 15 talented professionals.

Located in prestigious and recently restored expansive open plan offices just on the outskirts of town our client have continued to go from strength to strength and now boast an incredibly robust portfolio of work across multiple sectors to include, retail, logistical, Residential and large commercial units, much of their repeat work is with well known blue chip clients. They have also recently opened a new studio space in Leeds city centre which is to facilitate further expansion and give their people the option of either working location or both!

Due to a very promising start to the year and beyond they are now looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Running Architect with at least 3-5 years fully qualified experience ideally to lead & assist in the successful design and project delivery on a variety of commercial & Residential projects across all RIBA stages. The suitable candidate will ideally be a proficient Revit user (some training can be provided) and posses a wide range of both design & technical skills with a creative edge to their designs. The successful Project Architect will have the ability to work on a variety of interesting schemes across multiple sectors (spanning the UK in retail, residential, healthcare and logistics). Must also possess excellent technical detailing ability, have a solid knowledge of UK building regulations and have the desire to contribute to the progressive growing of the business.
