Account Manager, Reprographics and Print on Demand – Central London

Impressive Central London Print Bureau, seek a motivated Account Executive / Manager with comprehensive small format digital Print & Reprographics experience, to work alongside the dynamic Centre Owners in managing/developing a large array of Blue Chip and Corporate Client Print on Demand requirements.

With a remit designed to maximise current opportunities / demands within their Central London Client network, you must have proven experience in a fast-paced, high quality, reprographics and small format digital/litho print environment, ideally combined with an array of practical print production & finishing background experience. This must be combined with a naturally enthusiastic, confident, communicative personality and a real passion for taking responsibility in making Clients feel truly ‘looked after’. You will be able to demonstrate an obvious ability to interact very effectively with Clients in order to manage a significant array of incoming enquiries and customer requests, delivering outstanding service and maximising the associated Design, Reprographics and Print Sales opportunities.

* Experience across the diversity of Print, including Litho & Small format Digital reprographics

* Vibrant personality, accustomed to engaging with Clients, going the extra mile to deliver outstanding service

* Sales focussed, but with disciplined & attentive project management skills

* Good allround IT skills, (MS Office) and ideally, some basic artworking/file manipulation skills (Photoshop/Indesign)

* Commercial intelligence, with an ability to manage the whole Client process from incoming enquiry, estimating, Client agreement, production liaison, project management, delivery & critically, Client satisfaction.
