My client creates experiences for the world’s leading brands. They’re a team of thinkers, planners and makers, designing live events, virtual experiences and unique digital tools. They find the extraordinary.

The Creative Lead is expected to be highly collaborative, tasked with improving the quality of the creative solution and to deliver fantastic work themselves, working closely with the creative director and design director to help drive up the standards of the creative direction and delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties as their creative lead:

* Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions.

* Work closely with the Creative Studio Manager to support the project workflow communication as their creative lead

* Develop bold ideas, creative concepts and experiences that speak to the required audience (both internal and external) in response to agreed briefs and articulate clearly to internal clients for their review and agreement as their creative lead

* Continually challenging the norm, fostering collaboration and creativity.

* Creative flair, strong visual sense and exceptional attention-to-detail as their creative lead

* Awareness of emerging creative trends and design technologies as their creative lead

* Effective communication and written skills

* Ability to work to tight deadlines with a measured approach as their creative lead

* Good team working skills, keen to foster a collaborative creative environment where ideas are shared, and norms are humbly challenged as their creative lead

Industry Knowledge as their creative lead:

* Finger on the pulse – aware of the latest trends in design.

* Ability to research from diverse sources to pull together inspiring references that inform and support project direction.

* Diverse knowledge of brands – understanding aesthetics / tone of voice / brand positioning.

* Current knowledge of brands pushing boundaries with digital activations.

* Understanding of how brands tell stories through interaction in physical spaces.

Basic Software Requirements as their creative lead:

* Expert with design modelling software and editing tools as their creative lead

* Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and InDesign.

* Expert at Cinema4D modelling, lighting and rendering environments.

* Vectorworks 2D drawing packages, 3D modelling would be an advantage as their creative lead
