Trainee BIM Coordinator
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24500 – £28000/annum

You will be working as part of a team, producing single service drawings, incorporating model changes and performing co-ordination tasks whilst, assisting in the overall project delivery.
Job Description:
* Producing coordinated modelled solutions for elementary areas
* The production of SSDs and end sheets from the 3D modelled environment
* Incorporating changes to the co-ordinated 3D services model
* Preparation and updating of 2D drawings
* Incorporating drawing comments in both 2D and 3D
* Applying BIM data to the model
* Raising technical queries and liaising with clients and design team members
Person Specification:
You will need to have some experience of the building services environment, with some previous working experience of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services within a commercial industry.
* A sound understanding of Revit. Capable of completing modelling tasks with minimal assistance.
* A general understanding of Navis.
* Proficient at annotating drawings to Accord standards.
* A sound understanding of ventilation systems, mechanical services, electrical containment and public health systems. An understanding of how these systems work.
* Capable of producing simple high- and low-level co-ordination of these systems.
* Basic understanding of BIM deliverables and principles.
* Basic understand manufacturing and prefabrication detailing
Additional Information:
* Based in Leatherhead
* £24,500 – £28,000
* Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours
* 20 days holiday increasing annually to a maximum of 25
* Company contribution pension 4%
