Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £32000/annum
Are you a creative designer or experienced artworker looking for a new challenging role. This could be your next great move with the opportunity to work hybrid from home and directly on the clients site you will have great exposure to be able to work with a brand who offer great variety across multi channel marketing. You will have both great technical artwork abilities alongside a creative design and a desire to be at the forefront working as part of the clients internal team. What you will do as A Creative Designer/ Artworker?
· Develop and execute smart design solutions to clients business problems
· Work with wider creative team on campaigns and pitches across all platforms which drive excitement and engagement with brand messaging
· Effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually internally and to clients with an engaging presentation style
· Take a lead role in delivery of projects, ensuring brand consistency
· Take a leading role in guardianship of clients brands
· The projects you will work on will range in size and complexity, from Print and POS to email templates, banners, web design, and social media
· Making technical artwork amends using the full adobe suite, InDesign, Illustrator , Photoshop and some MS PowerPoint and word documentation
What you will need to be a Creative Designer/ Artworker?
· Experience working in an advertising / creative / design agency environment or internally in a similar role as Artworker or Creative Designer
· Fully knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign)
· After Effects would be preferable however training can be given
· Understanding and experience of web / responsive design and basic some basic UX is an advantage
· Has a positive and resilient attitude, calm when confronted with deadlines and challenges
· Someone who is a self-starter who works proactively to create the best campaigns possible
· Overall team player who loves working collaboratively.
· Excellent attention to detail
· The ability to see projects through from inception to production
