Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Assistant – Level 7 Architectural Apprentice to join a leading RIBA practice based in central Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
This RIBA practice is based right by Harrogate train station, in their brand-new office building. They currently have 52 staff and have aims to be at 75 staff by the end of 2024.

As a practice they work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors, and you will never be fixed on just one sector. Instead, you can find yourself working on Commercial, Residential, Logistics and Retail projects.
The practice has some core beliefs which include working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. They have a family feel to them with people being the heart of everything they do.
As the Level 7 Architectural Apprentice, you will be producing working drawings, working with contractors, preparing design proposals, planning applications and feasibility studies. You will gain experience working across different RIBA Stages on different projects.
The salary for this position ranges from £18,000 to £23,000 depending on previous experience and ability.
