Production Planner
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Production Planner – HYBRID
(3 days in the office, based in King's Lynn)
I am pleased to be working with a manufacturer of consumer goods and construction materials with three key manufacturing sites in the UK. They are currently looking for a Production Planner with strong attention to detail to create, modify and manage production plans.
This person will join the UK supply chain planning team and will be responsible for reporting to the Capacity Planning Manager. It is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to contribute positively to sustainable growth and develop further in supply chain. It is also a great chance to work closely with a variety of internal teams, including Procurement, Operations, and Sales.
As Production Planner, your responsibilities would be:
Reviewing and evaluating reports to determine production requirements, using both SAP and associated supply chain planning systems.
Creating and issuing of production plans.
Communicating plans and product information to all relevant areas.
Identifying and fixing potential delivery problems for customers.
Carrying out SAP administrative tasks.
Maintaining SAP Production Master Data, such as BOMs / Routings etc.
Key skills & experience required:
1-2 years of experience in production planning
Driven and self-motivated professional who enjoys working under pressure
Highly organised individual with strong communications skills
Numerically oriented with a keen eye for details
Confident in Excel
Experience in SAP is not required but is preferable
