Location: Hull

Are you experienced in developing fundraising and sponsorship in the Arts/Charity sector? An exceptional opportunity has arisen for 3 days a week to work with this incredible organisation in the Arts and is offering a hybrid working option. Candidates must have a demonstrable track record in a similar role to join this energetic, forward-thinking team.

THE ROLE:
The Fundraising Development Manager will play a key role in supporting future strategy.
The role will take responsibility for developing fundraising and partnership working this prestigious organisation in the Arts sector based in Hull.
A senior management role, this appointment will focus on growing contributed income from trusts and foundations, philanthropic sources while strengthening and developing relationships with local and regional businesses to grow sponsorship income.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Creative Media and the General Manager to introduce and develop a strategy for an individual giving scheme for the trust.
You will lead on strategic fundraising and partnership relationships with a focus on the above.
Working collaboratively with the CEO and the Finance Manager, you will establish ambitious annual targets for revenue and project funding.

THE CANDIDATE:
You are a unique individual! You have a passion for the Arts combined with a commercial outlook, first class communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise both effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and the wider local business community.

Self-confident and with a positive approach, you see opportunities where others may see hurdles. You are ideas driven and with your team playing spirit can make those ideas come to reality.

You will be looking for a 3 days per week appointment, one day minimum would be working with the team based in the Hull office, so you should reside within a reasonable commutable area of Hull
