Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
Exciting career defining opportunity available for an ambitious Architect with 1-4 years post qualification experience to join the specialist energy team for our long standing Multi-disciplinary Architectural Design and Building Consultancy Practice located regionally in Skipton.
Our client are an award-winning team of Architects, Building Consultants, Heritage specialists and Interior Designers working across the UK from their dedicated studios in Leeds, London and Skipton. Their talented team of over 70 professionals have successfully delivered high-quality and effective design & property consultancy services on over 10,000 projects across the commercial, education, energy, healthcare, hotel, leisure, industrial, residential, and retail sectors, throughout their 50 years of experience in designing exceptional spaces, they are proud of the transformations many of these have had on the built environment. To be considered for this Architect position you need to have the following –
To have attained RIBA Part 3 and registered with ARB / RIBA.
To be proficient in the use of Revit and AutoCAD
A strong approach to learning and an ongoing willingness to progress,
Good verbal and communication skills and the ability to work within a team,
A thorough understanding of the construction process,
A comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations,
To be confident in presenting and liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
