We are looking for an experienced Print Production Supervisor to join our team in Hobs Repro Edinburgh.
The Role:
As Print Production Supervisor you will be support the Business Manager in the efficient and effective running of production, ensuring quality of service and timescales are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Using various software packages to produce orders and printed materials
* Maintaining Onsite Equipment
* Pre-press and Artworking
* High end bespoke finishing
* Liaising with couriers to ensure that clients work is delivered in a timely manner
* Basic admin responsibilities including customer communications via email and telephone
* To be accountable for work area and task undertaking
* Coordinate work sent to supporting branches
* Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Business Manager
Successful applicant requirements:
* Experience working to tight deadlines with the ability to demonstrate previous use of effective prioritising techniques to manage busy workload
* Previous experience of working in a similar role in a reprographics environment
* Previous experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent team working skills
* Ability to demonstrate the quality of finishing skills
* Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
* Strong attention to detail verbally, written and electronically
* Extremely reliable and approachable to clients
* Determination to solve problems
