An excellent opportunity has become available within one of our client’s Architectural practises based in Edinburgh. This would ideally suit a fully Qualified Architect who is looking to join a dynamic and forward thinking practise. Our client has a wide range of projects currently under construction and future projects within the pipeline, 2024 is shaping up to be a strong year. As an Architect you will become a key team player within my clients vibrant studio, you will quickly be integrated into a team where you will benefit from industry rich expertise, research and tools. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on various projects in a number of different sectors including, Education, Research and residential.
ARCHITECT OVERVIEW:
* Work with Revit daily
* Create engaging designs and plans that exceed the project brief
* Produce and prepare technical bid and tender documents
* Mentor junior member of staff when required
* Liaise with external stakeholders regarding designs and all relevant related documentation
* Work on projects from planning stage right the way through to completion
* Work independently and as a team throughout all RIBA Stages
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Minimum of 4 years post Part III RIBA experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong design portfolio
* Proficient in Revit
* Previous experience working on medium to large-scale projects
* Excellent written skills
