Architectural Technician
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £32000/annum
Our client is a well-established practice within the region, they have seen sustained growth over the past few years due to seeing repeat business having completed many successful projects. Their client base includes most of the national house developers and several local regional developers as well as housing associations.
They are currently involved in developments at feasibility, planning and working drawing stages throughout the south east using traditional construction, timber frame and concrete framed methods.
Job Description
Due to a sustained workload, they are now actively looking to appoint an Architectural Technician to their team. They are looking for an intermediate Technician/Technologist qualified to at least HNC level and with around 3+ years’ experience in residential design to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience liaising with clients and contractors and taking projects through planning and building control.

Essential skills
– 3+ years’ experience
– Good knowledge of CAD
– Able to work on their own or within a team.
– Worked for large scale house builders although this isn’t essential.
In return they are offering a salary of £24,000 – £32,000 dependent upon experience
